This beautiful, carved solid timber extension table is being sold reluctantly, as we are moving to a smaller place and cannot fit the table into it.

It has 8 padded brocade chairs, but the table will easily seat 10, and even 12 if everyone knows each other well!

Two of the chairs are carvers (with side arms) - one for each end of the table. All 8 chairs are ornately carved, with elaborate bowed legs. Very comfortable seating.

The carving on the legs of the table and chairs is matching, as is the carving on the centre extension piece, which, once removed can be stored elsewhere for a more compact table.

We bought it because we had the perfect dining space and weekly dinners were enjoyed by many but ..... as we are moving, we think someone else should have the opportunity to enjoy the good vibes.

We understand from the previous owner that it was hand-made by a grateful client for her father and she believed it was made about 40 years ago.

There is some minor wear and tear on the table top and chairs as you would expect - this can be seen in the photos.
